Italian Sausage Hoagies with Grilled Peppers
1 pound Italian sausage
frozen or refrigerated pepper stir-fry (sliced/diced peppers)
onion, sliced thin
4 Bakery sub sandwich rolls
Cook sausage in skillet on stovetop.
In separate pan, saute pepper stir fry and onions in oil.
Toast hoagie rolls in oven.
Place sausage on hoagie roll; top with sauteed vegetables.
*I served with sweet potato fries
